Therapy
You might recognize yourself in things my clients often say:
“Everything feels heavy.”
“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”
“I’m grieving the person I used to be.”
“My body is out to get me.”
“My brain won’t turn off.”
“I’m exhausted from worrying.”
“I’m doing the best I can…it just does not look that way to others, or even myself.”
“I don’t know who I am now.”
“I love my child, but I’m overwhelmed.”
“We’re just roommates now.”
“I feel so alone, even in a room full of people.”
“I don’t know what happened… I just reacted”
“I don’t know if it really happened or not, it’s just blank when I try to think about it”
“I learned how to survive, not how to rest.”
This is a judgment-free space for real talk, dark humor, sarcasm, and honesty. I understand the ways people cope — and you never have to hide or censor yourself here.
If you’re tired of holding everything together by yourself, therapy can be a place to finally put some of it down.
Together, we’ll work to:
• Understand your emotions and reactions
• Heal old wounds and long-standing patterns
• Create coping skills that actually fit your brain and your life
• Support you through chronic illness, parenting, and identity shifts
• Help you reconnect with yourself—gently, at your pace
Getting started is simple:
Fill out the contact form with your information and what you’re hoping for. From there, you can choose a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit, or skip straight to booking a full session. Most clients prefer weekly sessions for steady progress, but biweekly sessions are available if that works better for your schedule or energy.
I also offer intensives or longer sessions when needed—helpful for EMDR work or weeks when you simply need more space. Extended sessions are not covered by insurance.
Standard therapy sessions are $165.
